I’ll offer a safe space for us, a collaborative home base to work in a way that responds to this. We’ll move at a pace that is right for you, balancing your comfort and relief, which is healing and restorative, with your “growing edges,” which is growth-inducing. 

Our sessions will include talk, but will transcend traditional talk therapy, including meditation, therapeutic exercises, imaginal visualization, light movement, role play, and offering or uncovering insights that allow for the possibility for change.

It is holistic, bringing into awareness and moving towards integrating all aspect of you. We’ll inquire into and respond to your thoughts, feelings, sensations, stories, relationships, dreams, and more. What your unique life and trauma have served to split off, disavow in you, or disconnect you from, our work can serve to help re-integrate, reconnect, and heal.

Through this you may be able to experience some relief, better grounding, greater clarity, more aliveness, and perhaps even thriving.
